Olga leads knowledge work at Ashoka globally and is a partner at its flagship accelerator, Globalizer. She has developed online courses and case studies on social entrepreneurship, systems change, government collaboration, and mindset shifts. As one of Ashoka’s top strategy thought partners, she has helped develop 100+ systems change strategies worldwide. Previously, she built Ashoka Czech Republic, selected Fellows in Central Europe, and designed peer learning programs. Independently, she has co-led social and environmental ventures and advises foundations globally.

Raphaela worked as a business consultant before contributing to the creation of the WU Executive Academy at the University of Vienna. Since joining Ashoka in 2014, she has played a key role in developing the Ashoka Visionary Program.

Mar manages the Visionary Program and leads communications at Ashoka Austria. With a background in strategic communications and entrepreneurship education, she managed innovation programs at TU Wien and led communications and partnerships for TEDx in both Vienna and Barcelona. She also oversaw international innovation initiatives at Imagine Creativity Center. Committed to creating, managing, and promoting impactful programs, she designs and amplifies initiatives that connect changemakers, spark ideas, and help changemakers thrive.

Ruth is the Ashoka East Africa Fellowship Lead and coordinates the Visionary Program in East Africa from Nairobi, Kenia. In collaboration with Ashoka Africa, she works with social innovators and entrepreneurs across East Africa to ensure full engagement with regional offices as well as strategic alignment with entrepreneurs, changemakers and essential ecosystem players.

Abu Musuuza is an Ashoka Fellow, the Director of the Ashoka Visionary Program in East Africa and an alumnus of the program. He is also co-leading the Uganda-based digital freelance marketplace FLIP Africa, after co-founding and serving as the CEO of Village Energy, where he pioneered new uses of solar energy for off-grid communities. He later co-founded the Enlight Vocational Institute to support the solar industry’s capacity building needs.
