Julian Juen

Julian discovered his passion for social enterprises after a successful career in business and organizational development. He founded One4One in 2023, a social business that follows a “buy 1, give 1” model, aiming to create positive social impact through food products. His entrepreneurial journey also includes launching Kaahée, an innovative beverage company, and co-founding Mountain Lodges of Peru, which has been recognized for its commitment to sustainable tourism and local community engagement in the Andes.​

His studies led him to Vienna, Innsbruck, and Copenhagen, where he specialized in economics and game theory. He believes in the power of business to drive social change and is dedicated to building sustainable organizations. In his spare time, Julian enjoys working on new ideas and engaging in community projects. He values the strength of networks and creativity in both his professional and personal life, always aiming to create meaningful connections that inspire growth and innovation.
