Claire de Lafarge

Claire has leveraged her background in finance and management to foster transformative partnerships as the International Partnership Manager at Ashoka. She has been a key player in the Changemaker Companies initiative since June 2018, leading efforts to integrate social entrepreneurship with business innovation for systemic social impact. Her work emphasizes employee engagement, innovation enhancement, and the development of business models that embed social impact, particularly in the health, food, and water safety sectors.

Prior to her current role, Claire worked as Finance Manager for Ashoka France. She has a significant history with Orange, having served in various management control capacities, shaping financial strategies, and pioneering business plans in both Paris and Brussels from 2007 to 2014.

Claire is an ESCP alumna, holding a Master’s degree in General Finance.
