Claudia has been managing the Ludwig Boltzmann Gesellschaft since 2001. She implemented a reform and a new strategy process for the Ludwig Boltzmann Gesellschaft and is responsible for its strategic direction. Before joining the LBG, Claudia was managing director of the Austrian Childhood Cancer Organisation (1997-2001). Between 1991 and 1995, she was responsible for the “Young Industry” at the Federation of Austrian Industries. She studied business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, completed a programme for public relations at the Main University of Vienna and graduated from the Senior Executive Programme at Harvard Kennedy School in the USA. She was member of the supervisory board of the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences.
