Ernest Namanya Rwendeire

Namanya Ernest Rwendeire is the Executive Director of Latek Stay alliance Uganda, a non-for profit Umbrella Organization of 38 Social Enterprises across Uganda aiming at eradicating poverty sustainably in rural communities through increasing incomes, improving livelihoods, skilling, institutional development and market access. Ernest has worked at Latek now for 1 year and 9 months.

Before that, he worked at Jabba Engineering Limited as the Projects Coordinator for 4.5 years. And also as a team leader with the Uganda National Bureau of Standards. He has experience in Organizational growth, strategic planning & development, business planning, ISO 19001 quality systems, ISO 14044, entrepreneurship and project planning and management.
