Hermann Arnold

Hermann is co-founder of Haufe-umantis AG and sees himself as an explorer and encouragement of innovative forms of organization. He often sets unexpected impulses and likes to approach topics controversially.

For example, together with his colleagues in his own company and with clients, he tests approaches such as supervisor elections and executive development by stepping back. He´s always been particularly sensitive to discovering upcoming trends. He also uses this as part of two other major personal interests: education and politics.
