Riccarda Zezza is founder and CEO of Lifeed, the only learning platform in the world that brings out soft skills from life transitions and care activities – such as parenting, caring for an elderly person, going through a crisis. Today, the Lifeed platform is used by 70,000 people in 100 companies, in Italy and worldwide. Riccarda is author of the book “Cuore business. For a new love story between people and work” and co-author of the book “Maam – Maternity as a Master”. Creator of the Life Based Learning method, she is an Fellow of Ashoka, an honorary member of Cesvi and is part of the European Network of the Weizmann Institute. She has also been a contributor to the blog Alley Oop -Il Sole 24 Ore.
In 2018 she was awarded by Fortune Italia as “Most Influential and Innovative Woman” and named by the Citi Foundation as one of the 40 female entrepreneurs who are changing gender innovation in the world. In 2022, she was listed by the European EdTech Alliance as one of the top 14 founders of education technology startups. Riccarda has two master’s degrees, Marta and Luca, who give her the energy and motivation to be a startupper even though she is over 50
